Why Sponsor the OOUG?
The specific benefits of each type of sponsorship are listed below. A sponsorship is
transferable, should a corporation or organization be bought or sold. It is valid
for a time period of one calendar year from calendar date of sponsorship (or contribution).
There are no refunds for any type of sponsorship.
You can use the
Sponsor Nomination (sorry, this form
is not currently available) form to sign
up as an OOUG sponsor. Your assistance is appreciated.

- At each general meeting the meeting director will verbally
mention and thank our platinum sponsors by name.
- An image no larger than 250 (width) by 100 (height) pixels or text
covering a similar area representing the sponsor will be placed in the footer
of each standard page of the OOUG web site. The sponsor will be noted
as a platinum level sponsor.
- An image no larger than 250 (width) by 100 (height) pixels or text
covering a similar area representing the sponsor will be placed on a
web page that lists the OOUG's sponsors. The sponsor will be noted
as a platinum level sponsor.
- Each general meeting announcement made by email notification will
include a text line at the footer of the email recognizing OOUG's platinum
level sponsors by name.
- Once a year, notification by email will be sent out to the OOUG
membership expressing thanks for our sponsors and identifying each
sponsor by name and their level of sponsorship.
- A platinum sponsor is eligible for a 10% discount on a
corporate membership.

How to Sponsor
If you've decided you'd like the support the OOUG as a sponsor please
fill out the Sponsor Nomination (sorry, this form
is not currently available) form.
A member of the OOUG board will receive the
information that you submit and contact the individual listed as the
sponsor contact within a week to complete the sponsorship registration.
